ReduceMail Pro Review: ReduceMail Pro is One Great Product By Debbie Farley at Caraustar Rating: 5 out of 5. ReduceMail Pro saved us time and hard drive space right away. The setup is simple and customer service is top notch. The end user experience is seamless. No longer do users have to search multiple databases looking for archived messages. Everything is available from their mail file. By setting up a local replica of the primary archive, users are able to access their archived messages off line as well. A mail file of 400MB was reduced to 175MB after the ReduceMail Pro archiving process ran. A huge advantage for us is the ability to have the data backup up on the server. The archive files are compressed so their backup time is also faster. No more lost data when a PC hard drive crashes. I whole heartedly recommend ReduceMail Pro. Debbie Farley Caraustar Austell, GA
